Damaged in Transit/Missing Product/Defective

Requests without the above information may not be eligible for review.

  • Refunds will not be provided for missing products
  • Upon successful verification, we will promptly re-dispatch the missing product at no additional cost
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to natural variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma.
  • Our products are 100% natural and largely handcrafted, and therefore, minor variations between batches are normal.
  • We do not compromise on quality, natural production processes, or the use of premium natural ingredients, ensuring maximum nutritional value.

If transit damage/defective product/incorrect item/missing product received claims is confirmed after due investigation, the product will be replaced, as appropriate.

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund / Replacement Policy.

Refund & Replacement Conditions

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Due to the nature of FMCG and food products, returns for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or opened packages are not accepted.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Once approved, replacement will be processed promptly and will get delivered as per the delivery time line.
