Return Window – 3 Days
We request you to notify us within 3 days of delivery if there is any issue with your order. Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Resolution – Refund / Replacement

Damaged in Transit/Missing Product/Defective

We take utmost care in packaging your order, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. If your order arrives:

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Given the perishable and consumable nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, unless there is a verified quality issue at the time of delivery
  • Requests raised beyond the 3-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Items purchased under promotional offers, discounts, or flash sales marked as final sale

Shipping Costs & Returns

Shipping charges for returns are handled based on the nature of the issue:

  • In case of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product):
    We will bear the full return shipping cost. Pickup will be arranged, or postage will be reimbursed where applicable.
  • Original shipping charges:
    Any shipping fees paid at the time of checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
